Tracey Edwards
A sustainability coach, coastal ecosystem and disaster mitigation expert, Tracey is the founder of Plakortis: Business' Sustainability Coaching Services. She is a research student in Sustainable Development- University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. She owns a BSc in Marine Biology and Geography and has been working in the areas of marine conservation, disaster mitigation, environmental monitoring, climate change, and a trainer of trainers for over 16 years. Tracey has worked extensively with various partners regionally, within government, private sector and international organisations. She is a mentor, Ambassador for Island Innovation-Jamaica, STEM Ambassador with the Scientific Research Council, UWI Mentor under the Second Year Transformation Programme (STEP). An active youth advocate, she is also engaged in the community.
